The Studio

Studio Regulations
Please do not wear shoes inside the studio, unless they are being used as props or accessories.
To avoid scratching the floors, please ensure all your equipment has protective feet.
We ask that you keep the space clean and in good condition. Food is not permitted unless used as a prop for your shoot.
Handle all equipment with care. Be especially careful when using the paper backdrop, as it is fragile and stains easily.

What is the minimum booking time?
One hour.
Is unplanned extra time possible?
Yes, if the studio is still free after your booking, in 30-minute increments. Each 30 minutes started will be billed.
What is included in the ¥6,000 hourly rate?
The studio itself, the changing room, balcony access, and all furniture. The lighting kit, white paper backdrop and bedroom are charged separately.
How do I pay for a studio booking?
By credit card, in advance, through the online booking system. Cash is not accepted for studio rental.
Do you provide a photographer with the studio rental?
No. Studio rental is self-service, so you bring your own team. Photo sessions are a separate service, with their own pricing.
How many people can use the studio at once?
The space works best for teams of up to four.
Can I use the studio for commercial work?
Yes, commercial use is permitted.
Is there Wi-Fi?
Yes. Bands: 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz · Speed: 60 Mbps down, 60 Mbps up.
Is there a restroom in the unit, and does the building have an elevator?
Yes to both.
Is there parking, or a way to load heavy equipment?
Street parking is available nearby. There is no dedicated loading facility for heavy equipment.
Can I book outside 10:00 to 20:00?
Exceptionally, yes, by request only.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancel at least 24 hours before your booking and you receive a 90% refund. Cancellations inside 24 hours are non-refundable.
Where is the studio and how do I get there?
Sunmall Dogenzaka 701, 2-18-11 Dogenzaka, Shibuya-ku, Tokyo 150-0043. It is about five minutes on foot from Shibuya Station. Take the elevator to the 7th floor; the studio is door 701.
What languages do you support on site?
English, Japanese and French.
